How does it work?

If you know someone who can be the right choice for one of our jobs, you can refer that person to us. To do so you fill out the contact form below with your contact details and the details of the candidate you want to refer to. You can mention the job that the candidate is right for at the field called ‘Job name’.

The candidate will go through the standard application process. If that person is hired and gets their first paycheck from us, you get a gift certificate worth €50. You can choose between a bol.com, MediaMarkt of Albert Heijn certificate.

Has the candidate been paid for the 250 hours they've worked for us? Then you get a one-time net bonus of €250 on top of your salary.

Promotional conditions

Do you already have a good candidate in mind? Then adhere to these conditions to secure the bonus:

• You are employed through No Brothers or one of the affiliated labels (Active HR, Beterwerk, De Vrienden van Beton, Flex Service Group, Singel or Young and Ambitious).
• You submit the candidate through the contact form below. The contact form must be filled out before the candidate engages in a conversation with us. If the candidate is not registered via this contact form, they will be excluded from this referral promotion.
• You will receive the gift voucher after the candidate has received their first paycheck from us.
• You will receive a NET bonus of €250 after the candidate has worked 250 hours through us ánd has been paid for those hours by us.
• You can submit multiple candidates; there is no maximum limit. For example if you refer 4 of your friends who end up working for more than 250 hours at No Brothers, you will receive a bonus of NET €1000!
• The promotion is ongoing from July 5th, 2023.
• The referral promotion does not apply retroactively. If a candidate was referred prior to 1-7-2023, they are not eligible for this referral promotion.
